Definitions

In this agreement, "Link Cars Heathrow," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or entity making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 It is essential to allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers requiring adherence to flight check-in times. Link Cars Heathrow cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or failure to be ready for collection at the scheduled time.

2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle size suitable for all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee accommodation for excessive luggage. Please note that each child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Any request for wheelchair access must be made at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotations are based on the information provided by you and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Any applicable VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in case of significant changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quotes include a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and cover airport parking fees. Additional waiting time beyond this period will be subject to our standard waiting rate. While we make efforts to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation thoroughly for accuracy. Failure to notify Link Cars Heathrow of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we shall not be liable.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any soiling, damage, or disruption caused by passengers may incur additional charges for cleaning or repairs.

4.2 Consumption of food, beverages, or smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

4.3 All children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We adhere strictly to passenger limits prescribed by licensing and insurance regulations.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at the earliest opportunity. Failure to cancel a booking before dispatch may result in charges based on the distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2 Cancellations made before dispatch, especially for bookings made through our online system, may incur charges deducted from the original payment.

Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure punctual arrival at your destination, we cannot be held liable for losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. Link Cars Heathrow bears no responsibility for any losses, whether to you or your business, arising from such delays.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown during your journey, we will endeavor to arrange an alternative vehicle promptly to minimize disruption.

6.4 You agree not to hold Link Cars Heathrow liable for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from the actions or omissions of any member of your party.

6.5 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable under applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if any passenger poses a risk to the vehicle or driver through abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Link Cars Heathrow may subcontract its obligations under this agreement. You are not permitted to assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information following the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Link Cars Heathrow.

8.5 No third party shall have rights under this Agreement unless expressly provided in writing.

Disputes

Any disputes or claims must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Link Cars Heathrow is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes raised after this timeframe.
